Removal system of abrasive material from catcher

It is standard removal system whitch take the abrasive out oft he catcher, work with diaphragm pump.  Consumption of 5 barr pressure air it aprx. 150 litre per minute.

Vibrating screen of abrasive material

Make sorting waste mixture from the catcher. Divide is once again usable abrasive and the waste – smaller and larger fraction.

Electro box with control unit and PLC software

Software controls proces of taking out abrasive from the catcher.  Software control abrasive filling time and breaks.
