Compact equipment for recycling of abrasive
RAMS®2
The equipment is intended for recycling of used abrasive material. This is automatic equipment for continuous operation with simple operating procedure, using electric energy for drying of abrasive, so it may be completely autonomous. Independentent on the character and conditions of the environment. Used abrasive first passes through the sorting unit, and then is accurately dosed into drying electric furnace. Water vapor and residual dust folder are sucked by industrial filtration unit. Dry abrasive material after leaving the furnace passes through the vibrating sorter, which separates larger grains formed during the drying process. After that is abrasive caught into the big bag. The performance of recycling unit is continuously monitored, and managing software ensures its maximum drying result.
