Compact equipment for recycling of abrasive
RAMS®1
The equipment is intended for recycling of used abrasive material. This is automatic equipment for continuous operation with simple operating procedure, using residual heat from the high-pressure pump for drying of abrasive. Used abrasive first passes through the sorting unit, and then is accurately dosed into drying chamber. After drying the abrasive passes through the cyclone unit in which there is separate residual dust folders and usable abrasive is collected into the big-bag. The performance of recycling unit is continuously monitored, and managing software ensures its maximum drying result.
